507 (Pub)lic House is an international Pub that offers cuisine from around the world, while highlighting the local product from southern Minnesota. The menu will offer approximately 50% American comfort food and will be completed by foods native to Thailand, Korea, Mexico, France, Morocco to name just a few. We offer 12 tap beer selections, a quality wine list as well as a cocktail program that is focused around the classics. A outdoor patio is available when weather permits. The pub also has a great private dining area that seats 25 very comfortably.

Our Story

507 (Pub)lic House is an international pub that offers a combination of elevated American comfort food and flavorful recipes with a global flare. Award-winning Chef and business partner Youness Bojji was born in Morocco and grew up cooking in Spain & France. Partner Tim Ross drew menu inspiration from his travels throughout Europe and the western US. He worked in some of the most renowned and iconic restaurants nationwide. The partnership between Tim and Youness has been a culmination of a friendship that has spanned 23 years.
